Kinfolk is a slow life community

<Kinfolk> magazine was first published as a ‘guide book
for slow life’ in Portland, Oregon in 2011 by a two college
couples for sharing food and conversations with family and
friends, and lead a life with intention everyday.

By telling stories of people living a slow life through
writings and photography. Kinfolk has expanded its themes
beyond food and converstion to design, space, fashion,
travel and culture. Today, headquartered in Copenhagen,
Denmark. Kinfolk has established itself as a global icon of
lifestyle for the millennial generation all over the world and
is expanding its community, building a true lifestyle brand
and platform for slow living and essentialism.

Birth of a new luxury concept <Slow Luxury>

Kinfolk believes that a slow life is an inner attitude toward
life that goes beyond the outward appearance. The
meaning and value of actions and objects change
depending on the intention. This true meaning and purpose
emerges from the mindfulness that you can savor and
contemplate.
These mindful moments are the Slowness that Kinfolk
cherishes. This kind of slowness is the true inner luxury
that is rarest and most valuable in the modern society.

A time to look back on your daily life, design it with
intention, on your own time.
